Bambini’s Play Corner – Hire & Rental Services

1. Agreement & Responsibility
I, the undersigned (“the Renter”), acknowledge and agree that:
I am responsible for ensuring this agreement is provided to, read by, and understood by all participants, including parents/guardians of participating children.

I accept and sign this agreement on behalf of all participants who will access or use the equipment hired from Bambini’s Play Corner during the rental period.

Where a participant is under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative and accept this agreement on their behalf.

Adults and carers are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the equipment.

2. Health & Fitness Declaration
By signing this agreement, I certify that I and all participants:
Are in good physical and mental health;

Are not under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or prescription medication that may impair judgement, coordination, or balance;

Do not have any medical, physical, or psychological condition that may increase the risk of injury while participating.

3. Communicable Illness (Including COVID-19)
I further confirm that I and all participants:
Are not experiencing symptoms of illness including (but not limited to) cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches, headache, or loss of taste or smell;

Are not awaiting COVID-19 test results;

Have not tested positive to COVID-19;

Have not been identified as a close contact of a confirmed case;

Have not attended a Tier 1 exposure site or been in a declared hotspot within the last 14 days.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection for myself and all participants.

4. Acknowledgement of Risks
I acknowledge and agree that participation in activities using Bambini’s Play Corner equipment is undertaken entirely at my own risk.
I understand that risks include, but are not limited to:
Physical injury from participation:

Injury caused by the actions or behaviour of other participants;

Risks arising from weather conditions (including wind, rain, heat, or sudden changes);

Electrical hazards or equipment malfunction;

Serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

I accept all risks that a reasonable person would be aware of and agree to exercise sound judgement and responsible behaviour at all times.

5. No Public Liability Insurance I acknowledge and expressly agree that Bambini’s Play Corner does not hold public liability insurance. I fully understand and accept that: Any participation in, or use of, the hired equipment is undertaken entirely at my own risk; Bambini’s Play Corner is not insured for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from the hire or use of its equipment; I am solely responsible for assessing whether it is appropriate to proceed with the hire given the absence of public liability insurance. By signing this agreement, I voluntarily accept all risks, known and unknown, associated with the hire and participation in activities involving Bambini’s Play Corner equipment, including risks that would otherwise be covered by public liability insurance.

6. Conduct & Supervision
I agree to:
Ensure all participants follow Bambini’s Play Corner rules and safety requirements;

Take full responsibility for the behaviour and conduct of all persons using the equipment;

Immediately cease use of the equipment if unsafe conditions arise.

7. Indemnity & Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bambini’s Play Corner, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal costs) arising from:
Injury, illness (including COVID-19), death, or property damage occurring during the rental period;

Any act or omission by myself or any participant;

Any negligent act, omission, breach of duty, or statutory duty by Bambini’s Play Corner.

This indemnity extends to claims made by or on behalf of any participant listed or represented under this agreement.

8. Waiver & Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I voluntarily:
Waive any right to bring legal action against Bambini’s Play Corner;

Release and forever discharge Bambini’s Play Corner from all liability arising from participation in the rental activities, including claims relating to:

Personal injury or death;

Property damage;

Illness or disease (including COVID-19);

Emotional distress, inconvenience, economic loss, or loss of opportunity;

Negligence or misconduct.

9. Acceptance & Insurance Acknowledgement
I acknowledge and confirm that:
I have read and fully understood this Participation & Rental Disclaimer Agreement;


I have been clearly informed that Bambini’s Play Corner does not carry public liability insurance;


I accept full responsibility for myself and all participants;


I agree to proceed with the hire despite the absence of public liability insurance;


I agree that this agreement is binding on myself and all participants for the full rental period.
