TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bambini’s Play Corner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, paying a deposit, or allowing the use of hired equipment, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions
- Equipment refers to all hired items including (but not limited to) jumping castles, soft play, ball pits, slides, mats, blowers, cords, and accessories.

- Hire Period refers to the agreed hire time from setup to pack-down.

- Client refers to the individual or organisation making the booking and accepting responsibility for the hire.

2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.

Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Bambini’s Play Corner reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Use of Equipment
All equipment is for children aged 6 years and under only, unless otherwise specified in writing. The balloon dome has no age restriction.


Equipment must be used strictly in accordance with instructions provided verbally, in writing, and on signage.

The following limits must not be exceeded:

Maximum total load: 90kg

Maximum individual child weight: 30kg

Maximum 3 children on our inflatable jumping castle at one time

Shoes, heels, food, drinks, lollies, chewing gum, face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, sharp objects, pets, or animals are strictly prohibited on or near the equipment.

Damage cleaning fees apply

4. Supervision Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring constant adult supervision at all times during the hire period.

Supervising adults must actively monitor behaviour and enforce safety rules.

Bambini’s Play Corner accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss resulting from inadequate supervision.

5. Setup Location & Access

The client must provide a safe, flat, clean, and hazard-free area suitable for the equipment.

The setup area must be free from:

Sharp objects

Rocks

Pet waste

Overhanging branches

Uneven ground

Clear access must be provided for delivery and setup (fees apply for restricted access)

Any delays caused by poor access, unsafe surfaces, or obstruction may result in reduced hire time without compensation.

6. Weather Policy
Weather conditions are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the client.

Before Setup

All events booked for outdoors must have a plan B (indoor /alternative weather back up option) if that isn't possible, we can attempt to reschedule your hire period for another time or date within 7 days. if not possible we are happy to reschedule or provide a credit for up to 12 months ( subject to availability on dates) Refunds are not issued for wet weather cancellations.

If the client has no Plan B they automatically forfeit the designated hire period as setup area is deemed unsafe when wet /windy. (30km winds)

Equipment will not be set up in unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to: Rain Strong or gusty winds Storms, Extreme heat. Bambini’s Play Corner reserves the right to cancel or postpone setup if conditions are deemed unsafe. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions. A store credit may be offered at our discretion and must be used within the stated timeframe.

During the Hire Period

If unsafe weather occurs during the hire:

- Equipment use must stop immediately

- All electrical equipment must be switched off, unplugged & covered.

- Blowers, extension cords, and power outlets must be covered

- Continuing to use equipment during unsafe conditions is done entirely at the client’s own risk. This may result in large fees for negligence and misuse or damage.

7. Electrical Safety

The client must provide access to a safe, working power source within a reasonable distance. Power outlets, extension cords, and blowers must be kept dry and protected at all times. Bambini’s Play Corner is not liable for damage or injury resulting from unsafe electrical conditions or improper use.

8. Cleaning Policy
All equipment is supplied clean, sanitised, and ready for each use.

Additional Cleaning Fees
An additional cleaning fee of $60–$100 may apply for:

Stickers, decals, tape, or adhesive residue

Face paint, glitter, slime, confetti

Food or drink spills

Excessive dirt, sand, or mess

Cleaning fees are assessed based on the size, severity, and time required to restore equipment.

9. Damage & Loss Policy

The client is responsible for all equipment from the time of setup until pack-down. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged to the client. This includes (but is not limited to): Tears, punctures, burns, or stains, damage to blowers, cords, or accessories, missing items.

Repair costs or full replacement costs will be charged where necessary.

10. Decals & Adhesives Bambini’s Play Corner does not create or apply decals.

11. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount. Store credit may be offered at the discretion of Bambini’s Play Corner. If decals or adhesives are used on equipment: A removal and cleaning fee of $60–$80 may apply depending on size and residue. Clients may organise their own decals at their own risk. Bambini’s Play Corner accepts no responsibility for damage caused by third-party decals.

12. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
By hiring from Bambini’s Play Corner, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

The use of hired equipment involves inherent risks.

Bambini’s Play Corner does not carry public liability insurance and cannot be liable for injury, fatality, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the equipment.

The client accepts full responsibility for enforcing safety rules and supervising all users.

Any use contrary to instructions voids any responsibility on behalf of Bambini’s Play Corner.

13. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bambini’s Play Corner against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from: Misuse of equipment Failure to follow safety rules Inadequate supervision Unsafe weather or electrical conditions

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, making payment, or allowing use of the equipment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
