Risk Management & Safety Policy
Bambini’s Play Corner is committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained inflatable and soft-play equipment. While all reasonable precautions are taken, the use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks. By proceeding with a booking, the hirer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for managing these risks.
Equipment Safety
All equipment is commercial-grade and inspected before and after each hire.
Equipment must not be used if damaged, deflated, unstable, or improperly anchored.
Any faults or concerns must be reported immediately and use must stop.
Setup & Anchoring
Equipment will only be set up on a suitable, flat surface with adequate clearance.
Proper anchoring using stakes or certified weights is mandatory at all times.
Equipment must not be moved, adjusted, or repositioned by the hirer or guests.
Weather Conditions
Equipment must not be used in strong winds, heavy rain, or unsafe weather conditions.
Maximum operating wind speed is 24km/h.
Bambini’s Play Corner reserves the right to cancel or cease use of equipment due to weather for safety reasons.
Supervision
Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
Bambini’s Play Corner does not provide supervision unless agreed in writing.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all users follow safety rules.
Safe Use Rules
Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, and pets are not permitted on equipment.
No climbing on walls, flips, rough play, or overcrowding.
Only children within the recommended age and capacity limits may use the equipment.
Adult supervision at all times.
Liability
The hirer accepts full responsibility for all users during the hire period.
Bambini’s Play Corner is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow safety instructions.
